Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our office in Knightdale, North Carolina to provide administrative support to management and office staff. This position is based in a professional office environment. Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional overtime for project or other deadlines. One to two years of relevant work experience is preferred.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Phone support
  • Composing, editing and formatting correspondence and reports
  • Copying and scanning documents for distribution to clients
  • Processing timesheets
  • Processing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Preparing FedEx shipments
  • Other various administrative support duties as assigned


Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma with at least two (2) years of related experience, or a college degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM.
  • Proficient with current office software and equipment including MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat is desirable.
